What these books ask for before they pay you
Verify at signup, not at your first withdrawal. Every one of the 19 books reserves the right to ask for documents before paying, and the request almost always lands at the moment you want your money out.
The three documents, everywhere
- A government photo ID. Passport, national ID or driving licence, showing full name, date of birth and photo.
- Proof of address issued in the last three months. 1xbet and 22bet both set 90 days. A utility bill, bank statement or government letter.
- Proof that the payment method is yours. A screenshot of the wallet or card, in your own name.

Your name must match the document exactly. Somali names transliterate differently across documents, so an account opened as Abdi against a passport reading Cabdi will fail. Register with the spelling on the ID you will upload.

Plan for 72 hours, not 24. The clock starts when they receive the last document, so a rejected upload restarts it.
The no-KYC claim is not true
Crypto books are marketed as no-KYC. Checked against their own terms, what they mean is no checks to deposit and play, with an unrestricted right to demand documents before paying out.

What triggers a request
- A withdrawal. This is the common one at all 19.
- Deposits or withdrawals reaching a set sum. 22bet lists this explicitly, and Gamdom sets it at $2,000.
- A duplicate registration, which 22bet lists as a trigger and treats as grounds to void bets.
- Doubts about the identity or address given, or a suspicion of fraud or money laundering.
What happens if you do not verify
- Bets are voided and the account is blocked. This is standard across 1xbet, Melbet, Betwinner and 22bet.
- Funds are frozen rather than returned.
- 22bet states that forged documents can be reported to regulators and local authorities.
- 22bet retains personal data for a minimum of five years from the last transaction or account closure.
Do this at signup
- Register in the exact name on the ID you intend to upload.
- Upload the ID and proof of address the day you open the account, before you deposit.
- Deposit and withdraw with the same method, in your own name. A method in a relative's name is refused.
- Keep the proof of address current. A document over three months old is rejected at 1xbet and 22bet.
